1st time I have ever been to this place. Was there on October 24th 2023 around 4:40 pm with my daughter and grand daughter. There was a man standing outside the door with a PCCEO SHIRT on. We are assuming he is an employee. This man was very helpful, upbeat, smiling, and had a very welcoming kind of attitude.. he was genuinely courteous. Even though we didn't get to do what we thought we were there to do this man made our visit very much worth it. I wish i could of caught his name. If there were more of people like him on this planet we would all be in a lot better place. Thank you to the gentleman that made our day a little brighter just because of your friendly attitude. We appreciate you and the person you are, in more ways than I can describe
These people don’t care about any of us. When you ask to talk to someone and they go get that person they come back without them and says they don’t want to talk to you. That is discrimination. They won’t even return your phone calls when you leave a voice mail. I’ve been waiting for over a week now for them to call me back. I called today and they don’t even want to answer. Pcceo sucks and doesn’t care about their citizens.
This place is a absolute joke they tell you a day to call and you call after them being open for 20 mins and there already filled . Pretty sad to me how there is no help in this city unless you know someone who knows someone when there are people who really could use the help who are doing the right thing . Just because I'm not family or a friend or do not know someone who works there I can't get help 😔 I'm 8 months pregnant and I have been trying to get help sense September . Now I will more then likely be homeless with a newborn . Good job Peoria
Whoever answered the phone when I pressed 2 today on 3/8/23 at 1:39pm needs better training. Very rude and unprofessional. She answered the phone and said “Hello!” Attitude was nasty. Made me scared to ask anything else.

Very helpful programs. Problem is reaching by phone or leaving voice mail. This person for emergency services vm still not set up. Office open for workers but not public. My data not working for me to do this emergency services on line. What to do? 67 drive no vehicle
